Here's a guide on how to configure Surfshark Smart DNS on your Xbox gaming console. If you have not activated smart DNS for your IP address yet, check out this guide first.
1. To set up Smart DNS on your PS4, open the Settings tab.
2. Now, select Network.
5. Select Custom.
8. Select Manual.
9. Select Primary DNS.
10. In this step, you have to enter your smart DNS address. You can find this address in your Surfshark profile by signing in to your account here. Enter the address, and select Done.
11. You do not need to change Secondary DNS. Simply select Next.
12. Select Automatic.
13. Select Do Not Use.
14. Select Test Internet Connection.
Here you have it! You have successfully configured smart DNS on your PlayStation 4. Now for these changes to take place, simply turn off your PS4 and turn it back on after 30 seconds.
