How to delete my Surfshark account

To delete your Surfshark account, contact our customer success team via Live Chat and let them know you wish to have your account deleted. They're available 24/7 and will guide you through the necessary steps.

 

NOTE: If you still have an active subscription, it will be removed, and the remaining active subscription time will no longer be available.


If you wish to stop recurring payments, you can cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription instead to keep your account for future use.
