What is Surfshark MultiHop and how to use it?

In this guide, you will learn about Surfshark MultiHop feature and how to use it on different Operating Systems. To use MultiHop servers, you need an active Surfshark subscription, which you can purchase on our pricing page.

What is MultiHop?

MultiHop is a feature that boosts your privacy by routing your traffic through two separate VPN servers, a feature often called Double VPN.

Surfshark gives you two ways to do this:

  • Connect through pre-selected server pairs optimized for security and performance. Just pick a pair and connect.
  • Build your own server pair. You can manually choose your entry and exit servers for a fully customized connection.
