How to add the Surfshark widget on iOS

In this tutorial, you will learn how to add and use the Surfshark widget on an iOS device. It’s convenient to have as you don't need to open the Surfshark application if you wish to make changes to your connection.

You will need an active Surfshark subscription to use the Surfshark app, which you can purchase on our pricing page.

 

Check out the following steps:

1. Tap and hold an empty spot on your device's main screen until you see a plus sign at the top left corner.

2. In the new screen, scroll down and tap on Surfshark.


3. Here, you can select one of four available widget designs.

  • The small VPN widget, which allows you to connect and disconnect.

  • The medium VPN widget, which allows you to connect, disconnect, and pause the VPN connection.


  • The large VPN widget, which allows you to connect, disconnect, pause the VPN connection and displays a list of recent connections – servers that you've connected to recently.


  • The Surfshark Search widget.
