How to send a screenshot to our Support Team

This article will show you how you can send a screenshot to our Support Team.

 

If you don't know how to take a screenshot yet, check how to take a screenshot on almost any device.

See the following steps:

  1. Click on the blue Chat with us button at the bottom of the page.


  2. Fill in your Name and Email fields. Once done, click both of the buttons to confirm the information.


  3. Once the chat starts, click on the + button.


  4. Click on Image.


  5. Select the image you'd like to share and click Upload.


  6. This will send the image to the Live Chat. After you send the screenshot, our Customer Success agent will look into your issue and help you solve it.



    NOTE: In case the upload fails, make sure to disconnect from any VPN you are currently connected to and try attaching the screenshot again.
