Our 30-day money-back guarantee is designed to let you try the Service risk-free. Accordingly, it applies only to your initial purchase and is limited to one refund per Service. Please note that for all subscription plans, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to the initial purchase; all recurring payments are non-refundable.

If you've purchased your subscription via resellers, you'll need to contact them directly regarding their refund policies and procedures:

- Amazon Appstore: We're unable to issue refunds for payments made through the Amazon Appstore. For assistance, please reach out to Amazon directly via Amazon Support.
