When you purchase Surfshark subscription, no additional activation is required and your account will be updated as soon as your payment is processed.
If you are still being asked to pay or there are no done payments in your profile and your plan is shown as inactive, there is a possibility that your transaction was marked as suspicious of fraud by your credit card provider, thus your payment will not be taken out of your credit card account.
