My account is still not activated after making a payment.

Verification of payments may take up to 40 minutes (usually much less) and your account might be inactive until they are processed.

When you purchase Surfshark subscription, no additional activation is required and your account will be updated as soon as your payment is processed.

If you are being asked to pay again or there are no finished payments in your profile and your plan is shown as inactive, there is a possibility that your transaction was declined, thus your payment will not be taken out of your credit card account.
