You can cancel your subscription's automatic renewal at any time to prevent future payments, either through your Surfshark account or the app store you used to purchase it.

Cancelling auto-renewal of a subscription purchased via Surfshark's website
If you'd like to cancel automatic renewal of the subscription you’ve bought on Surfshark’s website, you can do that:
- On your Surfshark account page.

Cancelling auto-renewal on your Surfshark account page
- Log in to your Surfshark account page.
- Click on your email address at the top-right corner of the screen and select Subscription.
- Select the Payments section and click on Cancel auto-renewal.
Once done, your payments will no longer automatically renew.
What happens after I cancel?
If you cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription, you can still use the Surfshark Services you’ve bought until the subscription expires.
Note: You will not be refunded for the unused part of the ongoing service period.
