How to set up a Dedicated IP

In this article, you will learn how to set up a dedicated IP on your Surfshark account. You will need to have a Surfshark account with an active subscription before purchasing a Dedicated IP.

NOTE: Only 1 Dedicated IP can be purchased per account.

Check out these steps on how to set up Dedicated IP:

1. Open the Surfshark dashboard and log into your account.
   
    
2. Under the VPN tab, select Dedicated IP.
   
   
    
3. Select the location of your Dedicated IP.
   
   NOTE: You won't be able to change it later, so choose carefully.
   
   
    
4. In this example, we set the Dedicated IP to the United States – Los Angeles. Once you select your location, hit Activate.
   
   
    
5. You will receive a notification confirming the setup of your Dedicated IP.
   
   
    
6. On the main page of the Dedicated IP section, you will find all of the information about it. To alter the settings, tap the Settings button.
   
   
    
7. Here you can download different protocol configuration files.
