How to report a bug on beta

If you notice a bug while using a beta version of Surfshark, there are two ways to report it.

Report a bug through on Discord

You can report bugs in the Surfshark Beta Testing Hub on Discord:

  1. Open the platform-specific beta tester channel you get access to.
  2. Create a post and share the bug details in that channel.

NOTE: Discord beta channels are open approximately 7 days after a beta release. If the channel is closed, beta testing is not currently active. If you encounter a bug anyway, you can still report it through the app.

Report a bug through the app

You can also report a bug directly through the Surfshark app by using the Report a bug option in the app. This is a quick way to send feedback without leaving the app.
